This is very on point, I actually had the conversation with my boss Friday afternoon and we decided I would move on. There are several Execs that are around my age and they are headed to retirement and felt I was too stressed and also in a good financial position to go ahead and walk away. I have built a legacy there and they know it but you are right, for a long time I’ve contemplated on leaving due to various things that even others see. Funny you mentioned the new opportunity being bigger, more control and making me happy. I’ve heard that in another reading 🙏
